Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Dallol Hub to explain the rules that govern use of our platform. These Terms apply to brands, businesses, creators, and visitors.

1. Platform Overview

Dallol Hub is an online marketplace that connects Ethiopian brands and businesses with TikTok creators. Brands publish paid campaigns (“bounties”); creators apply, create content, and receive payouts after the content is approved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Businesses must provide accurate registration details and valid licenses. Creators must connect an active TikTok account and comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate others, use automated tools to manipulate metrics, or share accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that appear fraudulent.

4. Campaigns & Bounties

Brands set campaign budgets, requirements, view targets, and payout amounts. Creators may apply only when they meet the eligibility criteria. Approval of applications and submitted videos is at the brand’s discretion, subject to Dallol Hub’s review for compliance.

5. Content & Rights

Creators keep ownership of their original content. By submitting a video through the platform, the creator grants the brand a limited license to repost and promote the content for the duration agreed in the campaign. All content must be original and must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Payments

Payouts are made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) through supported methods such as Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank transfer. Payouts are released after the submitted content is approved and, where applicable, made public. Dallol Hub may withhold payments during dispute investigations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, spam, or misleading claims
• Buying or faking views, likes, or followers
• Hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Circumventing platform fees or payments
• Impersonating Dallol Hub staff or partners

8. Termination

Either party may close an account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimers

Dallol Hub provides the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee specific campaign results, reach, or earnings. We are not a party to the agreement between a brand and a creator beyond providing the tools that facilitate that relationship.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Major changes will be announced through the platform or by email where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the competent courts in Addis Ababa.
